Description

Here is a great lucite block pen holder featuring shells etc. This is marked on the bottom “Shelart – a Sheila Rowse original design. Hand made in the Isle Of Man”. Probably dating from the 70’s or 80’s this looks great and we’re very happy to say the pen still works!
