Description

Here is a cute little framed picture of a lady in Welsh national costume with daffodils. The frame is wooden, glazed and painted black (or possibly a plastic veneer it’s not entirely clear). Marked on the back Boots Picture Framing Department the date stamp isn’t clear but we believe this says 1960.
