Here are a lovely pair of silver 60s/70s sling backs by Dolcis Soiree made in Norwich, stated size is 7.5 B, I’m guessing that’s American sizing which would be 38 euro or 5.5 UK, I’m a large 5 and they fit me well.

There’s a few scuffs as seen in photos but still a lovely pair of silver shoes
