Here is a little creamer/milk jug and sugar bowl in the 1969 Lotus pattern. Manufactured by J & G Meakin, in their Studio series, at Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, England.

Condition: In excellent vintage condition, with no cracks, chips or crazing.
