An early issue of the football magazine Shoot dated 20 September 1969.

This issue has Ian St John on the front cover, a double page colour poster of the Derby County team, full page colour poster pictures of Terry Venables, David Powell (Sheffield Utd) and Steve Kember (Crystal Palace) full page b/w poster pictures of John Ritchie (Stoke City), Francis Lee (Man City)/Wilf Smith (Sheffield Weds) and Bob McNab (Arsenal)/Ralph Coates (Burnely) plus a Bobby Moore column and features etc. on Pat Crerand (Man Utd), Barry Lyons (Forest), Gordon Banks, Wille Carr (Coventry), Newcastle Utd and Leeds Utd.

Condition: There is some page yellowing to the page and very minor creasing.

Size 30cm x 23.5cm

Shoot came out weekly and was full of the latest news about UK Football. It usually had between 36 and 44 pages mixed colour and black and white printing with great (colour) double page team photo’s and full page portrait and action photos of the latest and greatest stars of the game. These would look great framed or as part of your collection of classic football memorabilia.
