A great hand painted check Habitant pattern oval serving dish by J&G Meakin. The Habitant pattern was first produced in 1955, designed by Frank Trigger.

This is in great vintage condition, no cracks or crazing, just some utensil marks and a few very small (1-3mm) chips on the rear edges that can’t be seen from the front.

Size is 12 1/4″ 31cm by 9 1/4″ 23cm
