Here is a lovely coffee pot manufactured by Hostess Tableware in fine bone china. This is in the minimal, stylish and very popular Black Velvet pattern.

The Black Velvet pattern was one of a number that John Russell designed for Hostess Tableware circa 1970/71.

Condition: This has a small chip on the underside of the lid that is not visible when the lid is on the pot, there is also a tiny fleabite chip on the bottom rim. Both are not very noticeable even when close up (see photos) otherwise this is in excellent condition with no cracks, crazing or other damage.
